President - AM Davies
AM Davies was a sex worker from 2002 - 2022. They have since retired from sex work but still work within the community with a focus on telling stories of other sex workers. AM was integral in the development and growth of Strippers United, a non-profit labor organization for strippers across the United States. They were the Secretary and main Administrator from 2019 - 2024. AM also was the creator of United Pole Artists, a media company dedicated to celebrating all types of pole dancing with an emphasis on strippers being the creators and original particpants of pole dancing.
They have worked with other sex worker activists to raise awareness of how online laws and how it will affect adult content creators and worked with community professionals in 2019 to create "Everybody Visible" a movement that highlighted discrimination of marganilized communities on social media.

Vice President - Natalie ‘NatsHoney’ Clark
A seasoned activist, entrepreneur, and community leader, Natalie ‘NatsHoney’ Clark has over two decades of experience in organizing, advocacy, and industry leadership. She is deeply committed to uplifting and empowering workers in the adult entertainment industry.
As the current President of Strippers United, she champions labor rights, workplace protections, and legislative action for strippers, independent contractors, and our larger community. Through her leadership within Strippers United, they have advanced key initiatives, including unionization efforts, Know Your Rights training, and industry-wide campaigns to combat exploitation and discrimination. She is also a co-coordinator of Stripper Co-Op LLC, a registered cooperative backed by LA City Co-Op Lab, where she collaborates on sustainable business models and economic self-determination for adult performers.
With her work at YAS Work, NatsHoney extends her commitment to education and empowerment through media, storytelling, and community-driven resources. She is passionate about amplifying the voices of sex workers, dismantling harmful stigmas, and advocating for industry-wide equity and reform.

Secretary - Daisy Ducati
Daisy Ducati is a veteran adult preformer and adult industry activist with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication. Daisy has explored many facets of the adult industry over the last decade, from performing live and online to producing content and events as well as being a founding member of the BIPOC Adult Industry Collective.

Community Director- GiGi Holliday
GiGi Holliday is Washington D.C.’s resurgence of glitz, glamour, and allure. Armed with eyelashes and an arsenal of glitter she has enticed audiences with her clever blend of sass and wit. Lady GiGi Holliday had her start after studying the art of burlesque in Trixie Little’s Burlesque Bootcamp and graduated in May 2010 with a double major in class and sass and a minor in tit-elation. When she is not melting her milk chocolate beauty all over the audience she uses her business attitude along with hard work she is the Entertainment Director, premier host and dancer for the La Boum Series, owner of Studio Holliday Burlesque Studio,Owner and Creative Director of Gi² Productions and Co-Founder and Co-Producer of the InDCent Arts Festival (Formerly known as Capital City Burlesque and Vaudeville Festival). GiGi has headlined the New Jersey Burlesque Festival, Jeezy’s Juke Joint and the 2nd Annual Texas Queerlesque Festival.
September 8, 2016 spoke for Creative Morning’s D.C. titled “Strip off your clothes and find your weird” which discusses the art of burlesque and the creative process. In 2020, GiGi became a member of The House of Knyle and debuted at number 40 on the Top 50 Burlesque list. “D.C. Legitimate Love Child” enjoys the spotlight heating her up and showing you some “Chocolate City Tittie”.
She is currently the President of BurlyCon.

Technical Director - Makenzie Mizell
Makenzie is a freelance podcast producer and the founder of Period, a feminist podcast collective. Drawing on extensive experience in both technical and creative production since 2017, she has earned industry recognition for her contributions to acclaimed content and worked with major media networks. Mak prioritizes working with folks from underrepresented groups, with a focus on supporting the sex work community and queerdos (like herself!).
