YAS Media is the production wing of YAS Work, designed to support sex worker-led organizations in creating high-quality digital media. From online conferences to livestreamed events and post-production editing, we offer tech-forward, mission-aligned media services that amplify the work of our community.

Our Purpose

Sex worker organizations are doing transformative work, but often lack the resources or infrastructure to fully capture and share their impact. YAS Media fills this gap by providing:

Impact Report

A full report on our media production outcomes and collaborations will be released in January 2026. This will include insights from partner organizations, audience reach data, and recommendations for future media partnerships in the sex worker rights movement.

Case Study: The Villainous Conference

In Spring 2025, YAS Media produced the online experience for the "Villainous Conference – The Time is Now", hosted by the Black Sex Worker Collective (BSWC).
Our contributions included:

  • Full digital administration and backend coordination

  • Livestream hosting and technical support

  • Graphic design and branded promotional content

  • Editing of pre- and post-event media
    This collaboration helped create a seamless, impactful experience for both panelists and attendees, reaching a broader audience while preserving the integrity of BSWC’s mission.
